The PTA will use the funds obtained through the programs listed below to directly benefit our children & our school. The funds allow the PTA to provide a variety of things (field trips, assemblies, books, classroom supplies, etc.) that directly benefit your student. Chatham County PTA Thrift Shop
The Thrift Shop is our most lucrative fundraiser! This is a great program because it is helpful not just to our school, but also to the community and allows families to support Pollard without contributing cash. Contact our Thrift Shop Chair at thriftshop@mbpptsa.org.- Volunteer to work a Thrift Shop Work Night or Work Day to help clean up and organize the store for the next day. - Volunteer during store hours. Go ahead and call the store first to verify there is space available. The Thrift Shop LOVES volunteers!
Book Fairs
Pollard holds Scholastic Book Fairs twice a year, to help make available to our students and staff current, popular, and classic novels, along with some novelty items such as posters, pens, etc. Please be sure to shop at our Book Fairs, as this helps our PTA to earn much-needed funds!
No more clipping. No more sending Box Tops to school. All you need is your phone. Download the ALL-NEW Box Tops app, shop as you normally would, then simply scan your store receipts to find participating products (for a full list of participating products, click here). The app will automatically credit your school's Box Tops earnings online. Twice a year, your school will receive a check and can use that cash to buy whatever it needs!

We do Spirit Wear Fundraisers typically twice a year, in the fall and in the spring. Make sure you are getting the Pony Express so you know when it's happening by registering on this site!
