Here are some things to know about the PTSA Store!
 

• Paying by credit card? A fee of 2.1% + $.30 will be added to your purchase to cover outside fees associated with credit card purchases.
• Your credit card transactions on this site are secure. The checkout form runs in its own page on a secure eCommerce site using https: protocol. It is easy to verify this.  Just Right-Click any place in the checkout area (where your credit card information goes) and click Properties. Pollard PTSA does not have access to any of your credit card information, it is all handled securely through a third party processing company.
  
• Though items are found in different "stores", whenever you purchase something, it all goes to the same cart and can be paid for in a single purchase at checkout.
• You will have the opportunity to print a receipt at the end of checkout, and you will also be emailed a receipt.
• If you choose to pay by cash or check, please send the money in an envelope marked "PTSA Store" to your student's homeroom teacher or to the school office. Checks should be made payable to MBP PTSA. Delivery of items via your student's homeroom teacher will be made upon receipt of your payment (or according to the information provided). If it is cash, please include your name along with the information about your order.
• Your credit card statement will show this transaction as "CH2V/MY-PTA".
• All credit card refunds are handled by check from our organization.  Please contact the PTSA Trasurer should you need a refund for any reason.
• Important: If you ask your credit card company to reverse this charge, the processor will charge us a $25 fee and you will be billed for this fee.
